Shipping Policy
We ship all orders using Canada Post or FedEx.
Canada Shipping

Orders over $120 – Free Canada Post Expedited Shipping or FedEx

Orders under $120 – $15 Canada Post Expedited Shipping or FedEx
Please note: In rare cases where shipping costs are significantly higher than usual due to location, we may contact you to request a partial additional shipping fee before shipping your order.
Free shipping applies to physical products only (Excludes gift card purchases).
U.S. Shipping : Shipping fee, duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout after the shipping address is entered and before payment is completed. All U.S orders are final sale. For orders shipping to the United States, we use Canada Post, with final delivery typically completed by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery Times
Orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days after they have been shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@shoesforthesoul.ca.
We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has already been packed or shipped
Packages Returned to Sender
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not picked up in time, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, or an additional shipping fee will be required to reship the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.
