Shipping and Delivery
**We offer FREE shipping to almost anywhere in Canada on orders over $120. Rural areas, and locations with high shipping costs will be contacted via email prior to shipment for a partial shipping contribution. You may choose to cancel an order if shipping costs are too high.
We charge a non-refundable flat rate of $15 on orders under $120.
**Orders from Nunavut will likely be required to pay a portion of shipping costs. We will contact you with shipping requirements once a purchase has been made. You may choose to cancel an order if shipping costs are too high.
$18 flat rate shipping cost to the USA (lower 48 only).
We only ship to Canada and USA (lower 48 only).
Once your order has been paid for, we will ship it out ASAP or within two business days. Please note that we are unable to place completed orders on hold for later shipment dates.
Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. If your address have been entered incorrectly, you will be responsible shipping costs related to that, please double check your address is correct.
We ship all of our orders expedited by Canada Post. Within Canada please allow 1-9 business days for delivery.
For shipping to the U.S.A please allow 6-14 business days for delivery.
In store Pick-Ups
Please collect all in store pick-ups within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Any orders over $120 which are not retrieved during this time frame will be automatically shipped to the address supplied at check out. Orders under $120 which require an additional shipping fee will be cancelled and refunded back to the original payment method.
In cases where we need additional information or shipping fees from the customer we will place your order on hold for a maximum of 24 hours from the date of purchase. If we have not received the requested information in this time your order will be cancelled and refunded.
If you use a community mailbox, please make a note of that on your order so we can add an extra security measure.
Please double check your address is correct when placing your order. For shipments unclaimed or "returned to sender" back to us will have the return shipping deducted from their refund. We are not responsible for unclaimed or "return to sender" shipping costs.
