Shipping and Delivery
We ship with Fedex and Canada Post.
We offer FREE shipping to almost anywhere in Canada on orders of $120 or more (before taxes). We may ask for a partial shipping fee if the shipping cost is very high to areas such as NU.
Once your order has been paid for, we will ship it out ASAP or within two business days. We charge a non-refundable flat rate of $15 on orders under $120.
Free shipping applies to physical products only (Excludes gift card purchases).
U.S. Shipping : Shipping fee, duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout after the shipping address is entered and before payment is completed. All U.S orders are Final Sale.
Shipping Method
We ship throughout Canada using FedEx and Canada Post. Delivery times within Canada typically range from 1–9 business days, depending on the destination.
For orders shipping to the United States, we use Canada Post, with final delivery typically completed by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
In-store Pickup
Please collect all in store pick-ups within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your address is correct when placing your order. Once an order has been submitted to Fedex or Canada Post, we cannot change the shipping address.
If an order is unclaimed or returned to sender, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for unclaimed or "return-to-sender" fees.
