Returns

We happily accept returns on unworn merchandise in perfect condition. You have 10 days from the delivery date to drop off your return at Canada Post.

We offer free* Canada Post return shipping labels for all eligible returns. A $5 restocking fee per pair will be deducted from your refund.

All U.S. orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Place your receipt inside the box and securely attach the return shipping label to the package.
When returning multiple items, please return them in a single package. If items are returned separately or multiple shipping labels are used, a $20 shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Do not tape the shoe box directly. Shoe boxes must be wrapped or placed inside protective packaging. If tape is applied directly to the shoe box, an additional $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are accepted on items discounted up to 39%.
Items discounted 40% or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Sale prices cannot be applied to previous purchases or extended beyond the sale end date.

You will be notified once your return has been received and processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 2–9 business days after we receive your package.

Please note:

Original shipping fees on orders under $120 are non-refundable.
A 20% restocking fee or more may apply if the return does not meet our return guidelines.
